Elian Pagallilawan
Filipino, New Zealand Tenor, Elian Pagalilawan recently completed his second degree, a Bachelor of Creativity, preceding a Diploma in Musical Theatre at Te Auaha, Whitireia NZ and a Bachelor of Music in Classical Performance (Voice) at Te Kōki - New Zealand School of Music at Victoria University of Wellington.
He starred as Ren in Te Auaha’s ‘Footloose’, has been a vocal teacher for the past 5 years, choral conducting ‘Filcoro’ Wellington Filipino Choir and graced the St James Theatre stage last year in Wellington Opera’s ‘La Traviata’.
Elian is a true triple threat, dancing, singing & acting his way through life. Fun fact: Elian is a Black Belt in Karate and was ranked 4th in the world in his age division! He combines his experiences to teach posture & breathing.
