TERENCE O’CONNOR

Terence O’Connor is a music producer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and artist based in New Zealand. Finessing his skill and unique style on guitar led him to songwriting, where he found authentic expression as an artist. 

He is the mind behind Blue Nude, a solo project that saw its first single ‘20’ gain global attention from major record labels and managers, and over 200,000 streams its opening week. Terence is currently focused on writing a full-length project for release in early 2022, as well as working with some of Aotearoa’s best up-and-comers such as Mousey, Valle and Julius Black.

He brings six years of teaching experience to SOLE, and encourages students in their individual expression. He builds a solid musical foundation with a focus on aural training, music theory, and takes the time to find what genre and style each person vibes with, making his sessions both inspirational and educational.
